Thats what I believe as well. The USA ( Nato ) action in Kosovo was a wake up call for the rest of the world. IMO any respect by smaller or weaker nations of the world for USA policies is being replaced by fear. IMO the USA military might alone can not control the world nations but with the US$ as world reserve currency it is a possibility. Smaller nations that may be concerned about their independence can not hope to do anything about USA military might but they may be able to do something about which reserve currency they use.
