I don't know the technical word to describe the following: When you send a letter by clicking a hot-link. Anyway, I use IE for my own mail but the letters all seem to be on Netscape. Is the Netscape/Outlook Express decision up to my computer or the site I'm sending the mail to? If I can control it, where do I go to switch it to IE? Thanks.
