I guess I am thick headed, but I tried to buy this morning, only to be met by a trading halted notice. I think this is what they mean by blood in the streets. Am selling my DPAC to load up on TYC. Good Luck ALL.

Let's See Merrill for one:

The Letter Is A NON PUBLIC informal Inquiry
that TYCO DID NOT have to disclose to investors
but is doing so in the interest of full disclosure.

The inquiry is broad and is not specific to any accounting
info.

The SEC is trying to determine what caused the stock price
to drop the last couple of months.

I'm betting that TYC receives a clean bill of health
and life goes on.

I'm putting my $$$ where my mouth is and bought 5K @ 25
and 25.5 , I'm chasing it again to buy at 25, but no takers so
far.

Sure someone knew of the letter ahead of time ...
but that's life, the big boys are always ahead of the
game.

Clay, I distinctly recall in an interview that Dennis K. asked the SEC to investigate.
