Absolutely on all those names, but WSTL is a special DSL situation. They have BEL and BT for customers and LU should be in the mold by mid year. The time has come and WSTL will see huge growth in the next year. From this low price they can triple easy. This is by far the best leveraged play in the DSL business. I don't want to jinx it by saying it becomes a story stock where people jump on it maddeningly. I don't want to say that...but I won't doubt it.
