BGR, Europe does not borrow for consumption like the US does . In addition, I don't believe europe has the same propensity or capacity to create credit from non bank sources as the US does. Asset backed and mortgage back securites ( debt) sold by Wall St to institutions. All beyond the control of the Fed so credit creation is essentially limited only by demand until the inevitable tough love hits with a vengeance. ho ho ho mike
