Boss you are correct IMO, there is no way the mm's are short as many shares as people think. The people holding the convertibles shorted the the shares of the company helping drive down the price so they can convert their debentures into more shares. Logically such a move would seem practical as this would offer the debt holders a method to regain their capital and maximize their profits. It is the only logical explanation, yes people talk about the massive accumulation,but since August the OS went to 122M. The mm's have a greater number of shares than people would like to think, but it is reality. Where does anyone think OLIE got all those shares he's selling when he was never on the bid until recently. This will go when the company and the mm's are ready, the problem is people will get tired of waiting, and this being December a number will also sell for the tax loss. In addition the tax credits do not have to be used this year but can be carried forward. The change in the tax code occurs in January, and is not retroactive I have been told. This is going to take time, the company and the MM's have it, do you? Hope I'm wrong but this is what I see..... The last pr was another indication of depressing the share price. Read it, it was full of gloom and doom. But the true insiders know the real truth sprintcar>>>
