It seems they let it go at .90 share ($AU). Rumor previously was they were holding out for $1.10 ($AU). So much for some prognostications. But, whatever, it removes a cloud overhanging OE. Apparently some institutions see some good value here, and they may be much more tenacious about hanging on to the shares than BHP. Looks real good for OE shareholders.

New research report on OE available through OE web site. Says stock worth 60 cents without any 4 stroke auto, maybe a buck with 1 4 stroke customer. Uses a discounted cash flow model. I was struck with lack of earnings from the non auto side projected over next 3 - x years. I quite frankly thought it would be a lot larger than this.

How does low sulfur mandate affect OE chances?
