Very dangerous times to be invested in overpriced stocks, regardless of the sector. Market is jittery. More and more often CNBC is reporting on stocks that massively tank on unexpected news. Tyco International and Papa Johns are today's other victims.

Hate to think what would happen if AOL, Amazon, or Yahoo warned in any way.

accounting irregularities=run for the hills ala CD,IFMX,TYC,PSFT et al. Its a long pull to respect again on the street.
