-We Are Initiating Coverage of TelCom Semiconductor With A Strong Buy Rating And
A $22 12-Month Price Target. TelCom is a transition story that we believe is
significantly undervalued at current levels and presents an excellent
opportunity for investors to gain exposure to the wireless end market at a
discount.

-We Believe TelCom Is Well Positioned With Its Three-Pronged Strategy And Should
Fully Participate In This Semiconductor "Up Cycle." The Company's 50%+
exposure to the wireless communications market, its steadily growing analog
business, as well as its strategic partnerships should drive strong, consistent
revenue growth coupled with improving margins. The Company has transitioned
from a "fabbed" to a "fabless" business model and can now utilize leading edge
technologies.

-We Believe The Company's Core Analog Business Is Strong and that the Company is
paving new inroads into potential OEM customers through its alliances with
Silicon Aquarius and ON Semiconductor.>>

BITS has a huge market: CHINA.

excerpts:
Bitstream Inc. (NASDAQ:BITS - news) and Be Incorporated (NASDAQ:BEOS - news) announced today that Be is the first software developer to license Font Fusion, Bitstream's next generation font rasterizing engine.
...For example, the Font Fusion rendering engine and a traditional Chinese font with over 13,000 characters occupy less than 0.5 MB.
Additionally, Font Fusion will enable us to address Asian
markets with localized typefaces on low-cost platforms, opening new potential markets for Stinger.>>>>
