Dear Bosco: I havent time to parse back but I did do my research earlier as I was actually thinking of buying it in the 35 range. The past 5 years has shown 40% growth, going forward I figure at a minimum 20% growth. In THIS MARKET I would like anyone to show me a large cap tech company that sells for a current year PE of say 12 (thats what it was when I bought) that has a growth rate of 20%. I believe I am conservative even on my estimated growth rate anyhow. Bosco, when you know a company well as you must know this one, and something extraordinary occurrs driving the price down HEAVILY you must act immediately and not fool around with low ball offers. Usually, the first hit is the worst hit. I believe that to be the case here. JDN
