(COMTEX) B: UNIVERSAL MEDIA HOLDINGS, INC. ANNOUNCE CELEBRITY JOINT V
B: UNIVERSAL MEDIA HOLDINGS, INC. ANNOUNCE CELEBRITY JOINT VENTURE

NEW YORK, Dec 9, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Universal Media
Holdings, Inc.'s, (OTC Bulletin Board: UVTF), formerly Universal Turf,
Inc., CEO Bruce Dugan announced today that the company has entered into
a letter of intent to form a 50/50 joint venture with Boston-based
All-Star Music for a project entitled "Hollywood Goes Wild," a
star-studded celebrity concert and record release of the same name
being scheduled for the first quarter of 2000. The project will be
managed through its subsidiary, Dogtown Productions, Inc.
(http://www.quatec.com/dogtown ), who developed the All-Star Music
relationship.

Universal's co-president Phillip Hopkins, All-Star President Ron Lovely
and his associates, executive producers Mark Fine (former Polygram VP),
and Loren Harriet are planning the televised live event to coincide
with the album release. The project will integrate traditional
broadcast in conjunction with a companion "web-cast" featuring online
chats, behind-the-scene looks, trivia, contests, merchandising, and
much more.

The album features some of Hollywood's most celebrated actors who also
happen to be talented musical performers. The album will feature such
artists as Bruce Willis, Jeff Goldblum, and Billy Bob Thornton for the
benefit of their "pet" charity, "The Wildlife Waystation," a non-profit
habitat for abandoned circus animals and endangered species, located in
the Angeles National Forest. Many other stars are in final negotiation,
and featured hosts such as Arnold Swarzenegger, Jay Leno, and Drew
Barrymore are also sponsors for the charity.

This is the first of a series of albums with Universal Media and
All-Star Music where actors can showcase their music talent as part of
compilations benefiting worthy causes. The film stars are contributing
songs and recordings -- many heard here for the first time -- to focus
attention on these animals who reside in Hollywood's back yard. The
project will be supported by an extensive marketing campaign to promote
the album, TV, and Web-Site project. Producers Ron Lovely said,
"Response has been amazing. So much so that there may not be enough
room for all the stars who want to participate on this single album."

Steve, thanks for the heads up. I need only look at t/a on EVIS and can see what is happening. Just like PERL, @2 bucks, no one pays attention till they are up a few 100 percent. Same thing going on with ATMS right now. No one is making a Linux connection. It is a guess, but a logical one.

I would be real happy with a EVIS move similar to HRCT...
