I consider 75,000 shares purchased from 11/12/99 through 11/24/99, at a price of $2.31 to $4.00, to be an extremely bullish sign from Bramson. Not many others than he truly know where we are heading, so if he buys, we know the promised land is getting much closer. What does this imply for timing of any other potentially positive events as far as it relates to "quiet period" SEC rules about purchases, impending news or quarterly reports?
