Penni,

First, I want you to know that I am long ITKG for several reasons. ITKG has spent much time and money in the research and development of their patented antenna technology as referenced in the latest press release. My understanding is that several patents are now in place and using the fast track patent application, I believe they have more to follow.

Secondly, these new generation antennas have many application which I believe the company is exploring now as we speak.

Third, the company has filed its' Form 10-SB which should be reviewed by early January and after acceptance is granted by the SEC will result in a "fully reporting company" which is needed for higher level institutions to consider investing in such up start companies like ITKG.

Fourth, I believe in the management team of ITKG to include Mr. Bill Robinson,Chairman and Director, Mr. Bill Ince, President and Director, and Mr. Rob Calis, General Manager. I must also include Mr. Michael Pound, Investor Relations, who handles daily contact with the investment community.

Next, I am very impressed with the Advisory Board which includes Abe Wei, Thor Larsen, Richard Slezak, Ron Maness, and Col(R) Feldmayer. Check out their background information and let me know what you think.

For the future, I expect this company to land several contracts with companies who need the ITKG antenna technology. Based on those contracts, I believe revenues will be a reality early next year. After that, I believe we will see ITKG approach historical highs in stock valuation (go to Bigcharts.com).

I am very excited about the first quarter of 2000 for this company. I hope all of this answers your questions about ITKG. Please remember that these are my views as a private investor and are specific to my investment goals.

Warm Regards,

Chief

PS During this "comment" period from the SEC, it is likely that this company will receive an "E" designator for a short period of time. I expect the "E" to be dropped by very early January once the comment period closes. If by any remote chance the company must answer any questions, I believe they will do it in a timely and efficient manner.
