The Gibbons Cell is an example of an indirectly fueled hydrogen cell ... named the Gibbons Cell in his honor due to it's usefulness in remote mobile applications.

The recently filed Form 10 does not comment on the commercial viability of a methane-fueled hydrogen cell (project code-name FartPhone), although there has been some discussion of the cell's use in emergency rescue beacons.

"Consume beans, legumes, or other locally available substances. Sit on beacon until rescued."
