Show me some proof, an "informal" inquiry does not mean anything is wrong...Due to Cendent, Sunbeam...the Street sells at the first sign of trouble Doesn't mean anything is wrong. Doesnt mean Tice is right.

He is and I did! BTW, surely you've also read that the SEC investigation will also focus on short selling (by Tice? his "Prudent"<ggg> Bear fund? Friends, family & associates?)immediately prior to the release of his original report. Would not be surprised to see SEC them om Mr. Tice's tail for a good long time. This may not be so good for his newsletter and my not instill great confidence in the "investors" <gg> in his fund. Of course I could be wrong and TYC will be found guilty of heinous misdeeds and blatant success and Tice will be found to be a knight in shinning armor, slaying the big bad conglomerate for the sake of his fund investors (but wait!, the investors in his fund only make money when stocks go down, hmmmmmm. We shall all be entertained during the coming months, and I do believe I'll make some money on the stock all the while. Cheers Alohal
