Stockwatcher:
No problem. I think EVIS will be a goldmine. Here is DD found on raging bull about them:

EVIS INVESTOR 12//99 DD POST.....

Below are research links that will directly show you information on EVIS. Speaking to
the company is always encouraged and a few posters here (including myself ) have
spoken directly to the company. TO SUM IT UP...as of 12//99 the long time posters
here are waiting for EVIS to announce what the progress is on EBROKER...(you wil
also
hear posters talking about EBANKER web site(URL on bottom of this post) is more of
a business investment site and not yet meant to specifically target the consumer.) The
bright points to this stock IMO are
EVIS's close ties to ASIA and how they are structuring themselves. Q6, a company
EVIS started being run by the former head of Primestar, their E-business direction led
by
Online Credit located in Hong Kong, strong insider ownership etc. Hopefully the below
will shed some unbiased light on what I believe to be a good company. Feel free to add
links etc. to this post.

Here is the latest EVIS profile as shown on Yahoo. Shows FLOAT of 3.6 million, 19.2
mil shares outstanding, cash on hand, brief company description etc.

Here are the last few months worth of signficant news releases. EVIS does not pump

E-Vision has many companies/divisions. As you can see in the news release provided,
ragingbull.com e-broker or
any of the other divisions of E vision can
be spun off to be its own public entity. A spin off of this type would enhance the
shareholder value in one of three ways or a
combination of the three listed below.
1)Pay a stock dividend to EVISION shareholders.
2)Pay a cash dividend to EVISION shareholders.
3)Hold under the EVISION umbrella and add to the overall value of the company in
turn creating a higher share price for EVIS.

Ebankerusa site...this site is informational as Ebanker banker relationships thus far deal
mainly with corporate clients.

well, EVIS closed above 1.125, a key resistance point that you alluded to, still on no news. This is getting very interesting.
