Dear Nancy McKinney, Please tell me why you feel that you must be belligerent toward me because of my post. I said,"...and bet the mortgage money...". You said,..."I had some disposable income...". NO MATCH!!! Perhaps you equate the mortgage money to disposable income. My banker still likes to receive his payment each month. I'm pleased to hear that you had some savings that you were willing to invest in the stock market and that your investment paid off and you made a very handsome profit. I know that you took into account the fact that you could just as easily have lost money if the market went against you. The "pathetic" group that I was referring to does not take that into account and they do get themselves into financial difficulty. Since, for some reason you feel that my post was offensive I am offering an apology. I did not want to offend. I was trying to express my thoughts as to why someone would become insulting with another, simply for expressing a dissenting opinion. Nancy McKinney, I apologize. May I wish you and yours a happy Holiday and a prosperous New Year. PS. When I said "pathetic", what I was expressing was my feeling that it is "pathetic" that the market as a whole very often misleads, those who can least afford it, to believe that you only will win.
