I remember when the market maker's job was to maintain an orderly market. Seems like it's just a license to steal now.

And they say that crime doesn't pay, hah! Just watched the mm for ASWX raise the bid/ask a buck on a 100 share trade. Brokers tell you to use limit orders, but that's tough to do when they jerk the price around. Use a market order and fuuuuhhhhget about it.
