at the Informed Investors forum. I do not know
who is speaking.

I always stayed out of GZTC because I did not
understand what the point was to budding off
separate small companies from the parent. Targeted
Genetics isn't a part of Immunex, and I like that
it is it's own entity...but I haven't really
thought it out either--what do you fellas have
to say about tracking stocks and such?

Only know that past 10Ks refer to SAGE with the possessive "its" in the context of GZMO. So.... if GENZ tries to catch a piece of the pie, apart from using it as a tool (which they certainly retained), they'd best prepare for one heck of a battle with shareholders.
