Interested if any of you have a take on IOX as a possible takeover target. It is a little biomedical company based in Salt Lake City that develops and manufactures new types of drug delivery systems. If I read the financials correctly, they are more or less operating at a break-even level, including R&D costs, have lots of cash in the bank from their IPO of last year (nearly equal to their current market cap), and until recently were trading at a bargain-basement price (IMO). Price started to move up a couple of weeks ago and is hovering just a bit below the 52-week high
