Paul, ESHR is definitely a long termer. I'm hearing more and more of the needs to increase spending in online customer support. ESHR's NetAgent 3.0 integrates email management and live chat. It receives rave reviews and feedback from customers are very positive. A sure winner. Regards, Tom
