The Spoos and the Cash have to settle above the open and yesterdays close to be a Bullish Outside Day.....Right?

I'll give you a modest to sideways rally into the 22nd, But that's All. It's Over in My Opinion...The Big Boys are selling into Y2K....I wish now I'd listened to my unconscious and held those shorts from 1445.
