7.3 Million shares traded so far today at over $3 each. That is well over $20Million. That is not day trading. For a stock tossed on the way side for so long, someone is finally paying attention.

CICI at it a 52 week high, there can not be a lot of sellers. Daytraders are doing there thing but in general cici is going up. Tomorrow will be another gap.
