Dear Chuyzzlewit: I am only somewhat familiar with Cendant but I believe their problem to be much different than TYC. In Cendants case you are talking about FRAUD. No such charges have been levelled at TYC. Merely an accounting disagreement over how to treat certain things. I myself am a retired Audit Partner from a National CPA firm. I can assure you that with a company as prominent as TYC with so much activity all major items were reviewed not by one but by Several Independent Partners before passing on. Also, I understand in TYC's case there actually are 3 national CPA firms who will be signing off on various portions of their annual report soon to be filed. I know you may have heard what CNBC said comparing to CENDANT but they are NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about these matters. Relax, things will be OK, I strongly believe that. JDN
