Long ago, when Russians were "Balikchis" on the banks of Volga, dressed in fish-skin, (if we have to believe Iben Khaldun!) Italians were a corrupt!! It all started with Scippio Africano who stole the public funds and took kick-backs for public works! He had to face the Roman Senate's "Comitato Juridico!" He corrupted them too. In Italy we like to accuse the Greeks of having made us corrupt, but I think we made them corrupt once we conquered Greece arround 200 B.C. They tough Italians sodomy, but we taught them corruption! Where were Russians 2200 years ago! ggg People who govern us in this country are corruput and crooks, a they are so good at it that they never get caught! The Mafia is us! As for the Beach country, yes, Itlay is a wonderful beach country, but we have a great quality of life here. Lots of corruption, but since we can't fight it we live with it!
