Thanks DD!! "Spoke to both PNEC Chairman,Wallace Giakas and CEO, John Arnone, last week. Have been familiar with this company for a while. It's near it's low and has traded as high as $7.25 in the past. One time it broke over $10. PNEC is fully reporting with revenues in the $40,000,000 range. The float is under 3 mil. and total outstanding about 12 mil. Per PNEC's last release, the new business to business Web site is scheduled to be launched the within the first two weeks of December. The Financials are to be filed November,30 and should be positive. They are in the process of looking for acquisitions."
