Yes, like the last couple of hours...folks we are CLOSE, very CLOSE to a deal being announced...

I say this based on:
- trading range
- 100K bid spikes
- news/radio releases from Canada
- executives leaving
- analysts meetings on suitors
- lack of correlation to NAZ/NYSE

There was some nice action at the close today but I've seen this kind of action with NN before. Hey listen folks, I'm a big BUYOUT fan. But let's not delude ourselves into thinking that it's a done deal. I still think we'll notice it in the price movement. Once the deal ( or if the deal) gets done, it'll jump up $5-$10 in an hour. And the same will happen (the other way),if the market realizes that TM is not serious about selling. As someone mentioned in a subsequent post, you just can't keep these things quiet for too long. I won't say "always" but the market almost "always knows what's goin' on"

Today's movement was the most promising in well over a week. Maybe there's been some progress in the discussions. Let's hope it continues!!!
