I think what you describe is a pit fall that each of us needs to be aware of when trading these markets... sure, it's all in the charts, but it's also all in the x-ray if you know how to read an x-ray..... chart reading really is a life long task, and hopefully better over time... but, trading these markets when reading charts can be made much easier if we have no bullish or bearish agenda.. just read the chart..... nobody's perfect.. we all have to be patient with ourselves.....<g> one of the pit falls is when we lose patience with ourselves .. then we get angry and try to play catch up with the markets... big mistake... personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with having a few losing trades along the way.. but, when we close out those trades we have to leave those trades behind us or they will contaminate our perception of the current market action and then we fall into a sort of black hole as a result.....<g> hmmm, now where did I put my flashlight.....
