444 new lows on NYSE, but also 109 new highs - extraordinary. According to Decisionpoint's historical charts, such a large number of new lows has never been accompanied by over 100 new highs. The only times that came close were in Oct 98 and in 1994. Does this mean the market's about to skyrocket again? I doubt it. Probably it indicates a major reversal point. In those previous cases it meant reversal up, but in this case it would be a reversal down.

Nasdaq A/D is negative, but NH/NL is still healthy, so maybe it has further to run.
