As a matter of fact, I was just about to do so when it was announced that they were being purchased. I decided to hang around, hoping that new management would bring on board someone that has an interest in their customers - they certainly have the experience to do so and time will tell.

If I had expected it to take this long, however, I would have already moved.

There are some really sharp people here that are nice enough to take their time and answer questions - yourself included - and I know I speak for all concerned when I say "thanks".

However, I like to sit down with a manual - away from my computer - and work my way through it. I find things that the program will do that I would never have found just sitting at the computer poking around.

MS Excel and Word are two good examples - reading through the manuals showed me things I never knew the programs would do - - even after using them for years.
