[My hippie luddite wife Sugar has made the observation that everyone on the TV commercials for 'computers' wears glasses. My question is, is that because they're a: smarter or b: burning their retnas out? :) -JCJ} Personally, I think they are so absorbed with their task that they don't care what they look like. Remember the horror stories about Bill Gates b4 MSFT became famous. He didn't bathe b4 he went to an important press conference in NY because he had sat up all night working on PC. And MR. MEPHISTO is also like that: he's obsessed when he writes programs for his projects. A world that is separate from his task does not exist until he walks away from the PC or puts down the computer printouts. I don't know if he wears glasses for PC but he wears glasses to read. SUN GET TOGETHER! I posted a couple of messages to Off-Line today. I hope they are there. Yesterday, most of my messages went to someone else's mailbox. Is Charles coming to the Sun get together? Is JDN? I noticed a post from him. He had said that he wouldn't be able to make it.
