This is a statement regarding the developments of the last few months. First, I would like to say that I have never sold
a single share of IBI. I would also like to say that I believe in the validity of the Uganadan projects (Vermiculite &
Phosphate). When the financing was announced a while back, it looked like everything was progressing in a proper
manner. When the financing subsequently fell through, it was an indication that there was a problem with the
management structure. In any public company, the Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the actions,
successes and failures, of the company. The Board of Directors is directly responsible to the shareholders. When the
shareholders react in unison, they are a powerful group. When things did not progress in a satisfactory manner, action
was required. Instead of just complaining, I banded together with other major shareholders in Calgary, Ontario, New
Brunswick, and the USA to create a shareholder base that exceeded the numbers required to have a significant voice
in the correction of IBI circumstances. Gary Fitchett was well known to one of the larger factions of the Ontario
shareholders groups. Gary Fitchett is a very honorable man and his successes are a matter of public record. He is not
a puppet of, nor a product of the former regime. With the backi g of our strong shareholder support, Gary was able to
encourage the previous directors to "do the right thing". I applaud the likes of Hooverman and Tortlawyer and Brice.
There is reason for this to succeed, and it is our loyal shareholder base that enabled this kind of change to occur. It is
my belief that the CDN will look on this change in a very positive manner Gary has our full support. It is important for
people to remember that shareholders do have a strong voice in the direction that public companies take. For fellow
shareholders, rest assured that I am in contact very often with Gary. For shareholders that remain disgruntled, I suggest
you contact him directly. UFO

I believe that HGRM is in serious need of help, both management and financial. In the case of IBIC, a change in management, brought about by a shareholders' revolt, lead to the introduction of a key individual with extensive contacts. Through his contacts, it now appears that IBIC has made giant steps toward achieving its potential.

Anyone here have any suggestions?
