I just looked, the fix was published, so the people must fix it themselves. I am sure Dell will do it in house, but what about all those people with broken systems? Two words: Flash BIOS.

Has anyone tested this errata for real world impact?" Bill I know this is a terrible blow. Perhaps some counseling might help but FIXED means FIXED. These things happen in life and the strong accept them and move on. Look at E58, it has a workaround yet is classified as NoFix. EP
