You must have been paying a pretty high rent ten years ago. Either that or rents in Boston have not gone up as much as in most urban areas. Let's not even talk about San Francisco; in its eastern suburbs, where I have lived, rents since '89 have gone up (round numbers) in most cases by a factor of three or four. -mb
