Yes, you're right Mavrick, the message is out there and that's why NN is not in the teens. But more importantly, is the message out there to prop up the price until they can get their house in order or should it be taken at face value and NN is indeed going to be sold?

The market has already added a premium to the takeover news but that premium is being tempered by the reality that TM might not really sell after all.

Which do you think is the correct scenario?
