Tenchu, Someone would have to run series of tests with/without the BIOS fix on a situation where the errata would have an impact to see if it was truly fixed and what the overhead would be. BIOS fixes can require an extra loop each time that coe is run and in some apps this would be very often.
Again, I suspect those who feel they will be impacted by this will do these tests.
