Also 28 leaks in the pipes. It looks like the Congress will dump (sorry) the low flow law on new toilets. Old ones cleaned with 5 gallons, one flush. The new ones take 3 flushes at 2 gallons. Sorry for the West Coasters who haven't had supper.
