DO: I have been trading and holding TYC since the 1st pullback 6 weeks ago from 55 to 36. I traded from 37 to 44 several times and traded it today from 25 to 28. I don't care if I get stuck holding shares as I know (feel strongly) this stock will be over $50 by next spring. It has 12 strong buy recs from major firms, has increased earnings for 12 consecutive quarters and is starting a major stock buyback. On top of that, All upper management is opting for stock instead of salary for the next 6 months! I feel that this is the same thing as HP when I was buying hundreds of shares three weeks ago under $70 ($112 today!). In fact, I suspect that the SEC is holding the "informal" investigation of TYC at TYCO's request. When the SEC clears them from any wrongdoing, we should see upper 40's quite soon. I'm also buying April 20 calls up the wazoo. This stock says "Hawaii Summer Vacation" all over it. JMHO.

TYC, hmmm, mentioned it here this a.m. It may pop some more, but it was an obvious dcb trade today for me. It may be a buy for a lt hold, but with other stuff doing 100%++ daily, why bother with it?

The street is unforgiving. . . any money I would place on TYC would be strictly speculative at this point, pending reliable analysis.
