Scott, it is in the second URL for the answer, the SIZE is 50 and 50 so that means that in order to fill the 50 ONE HUNDREDS SIZE...the INLINE MMs got a Market Order to average in a block sale at part I am sure at 5000 at .085 BUT some higher INLINE MMs that made the average at .18 SEE:
