Maria, you make a convincing case that something seems wrong about this deal, especially the part about why Basil Regan would want to acquire all that stock between 8 & 12 and then turn around and have it acquired at 13. I would think he would want more. Unless he is involved with Rowe in someway. I too thought this stock was eventually going a lot higher. I was still hoping to get a rise in my ICOMC, sell some, and get back into NEWZ. Does not seem likely now. Would appreciate knowing what board to find you on in the future since I very much appreciate your views on things. Good luck!
