Integral Establishes NextAntennas.com, Inc.
BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1999--Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB:ITKG) is pleased to announce that it has formed a new corporation, NextAntennas.com, Inc. ("NEXT") for the purpose of managing its revolutionary new antenna technologies for the wireless marketplace.
NEXT, a Delaware Corporation created on November 2, 1999, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Integral.

This new subsidiary will allow Integral to track those research and development resources and capital which it has incurred in the past year and will incur in the future, on the development of its new antenna technologies. The Company will focus a major portion of its resources and capital on its revolutionary antenna technologies, targeted at the wireless communications market, while at the same time clearing the way for the business development of its other, unrelated technologies for which it has already obtained licenses.

The Company, as part of its business expansion process, is continuing to consider other technologies that are emerging from independent research environments but which require additional practical adaptation and business development.

The rationale behind the name "NextAntennas.com, Inc." is twofold. The "Next Antenna" component is meant to convey the message of a new generation of antennas. Second, the "dot com" portion of the name is meant to provide customers with an easy to remember name for access to all information of the Company and its technologies through the avenue of the world wide web.

The recent invention by Integral's development team of the "GPS/LEO" antenna and the ensuing positive reception from OEM's in the wireless marketplace has resulted in Integral fast tracking another patent application with the US Patent Office by filing a "Provisional Patent."

The "GPS/LEOS" antenna, as the name indicates is a dual purpose antenna. The "GPS" antenna is used in radio receivers on the ground to receive 1.5 GHz signals from global positioning satellites (GPS) orbiting the earth at an altitude of approximately 23,000 miles. The "LEOS" antenna is used for the VHF function in radio transmitters/receivers on the ground, to transmit/receive signals in the 145 MHz frequency range to Low Earth Orbit Satellites, orbiting the earth at an approximate altitude of 450 miles.

Wireless technologies will revolutionize the communications industry over the next five years, Integral expects its NextAntennas.com subsidiary to continually develop and expand the applications for its antenna technologies as the wireless industry continues to venture into uncharted waters. This will allow the Company to accommodate emerging applications, to license its own developments and improvements to other wireless companies, and to be a force for innovation in this exciting and rapidly developing industry.

Integral, which is presently not a reporting company has filed its Form 10, which includes audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 1999, and unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 1999, with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company has received an initial verbal contact from the listing officer at the SEC responsible for the Integral file. Pursuant to that conversation, management anticipates receiving the first comment letter from the SEC within the next 30 days. It is the intent of management to respond immediately.

The reader is advised that this release contains forward-looking statements of the Company and a variety of factors could cause the Company's actual results and experience to differ materially from the anticipated results or expectations expressed. Additional information regarding those factors is available upon request.

It appears to this poster that ITKG has demonstrated the foresight to capture this domain and apply it to its' future enterprises. Further, as I read the press release, ITKG incorporated "Next" as a wholly owned subsidiary to perform the stated tasks of developing new technologies among other things.

In fact Jay, I just am shocked that you could possibly misinterpret this press release as anything negative unless you have some other considerations unknown to this poster. Clearly, this is yet another feather in the ITKG cap IMO.

I am very pleased with the press release and am delighted with the volume and activity that ITKG has shown over the past week. "Next" as a "wholly owned subsidiary of ITKG" is self explanatory in my view and you, sir, are making waves when they are NOT justified.

I await your response !

Warm Regards to the longs !!!!!!!!!!!!!
