SMSI Something is definitely going on. I watched this thing in AH and tried 3 different times to fill @ask on ISLD and was passed each time. Etard was was a full 1/4 higher with Instinet. No fill with Etard, offer was 1/8 below ask and 1/2 higher than the bid, nada. Caught a partial fill thru Etard @ the close of AH.
