JBB, I only have time to give you the Reader's Digest answer to your question but yes if you are a CMGI shareholder with 100 shares of stock you have had the opportunity to participate in CMGI majority-owned IPOs. This program has been administrated through Wit Capital under the CMGI DSP Affinity program. Which reminds me, I am waiting to hear about the FreeMarket (FMKT) IPO which is an @Venture IPO that I registered for. I have to go and check my e-mail. Hope this helps. Cheers, Steve
