On balance:
Look at the positives:
-smart card potential - refer to previous post yesterday
-price to sales is 0.5!
-strong client base.
-synergy with acquired companies eventually
-ingencio wild card
-interest in wireless plays in general
-working with microsoft on some initiatives-press release way back.
-debit card adoption is US is possible
-south america market potential
-small float, potential to really explode upwards if mgmt can pull off some solid financial performance.
-downside on current stock price probably limited.

Negatives
-management crediblity dealing with investment community
-management capability in running the business questionable
-management commitment to enhancing shareholder value appears to be non existent.
-small cap stocks not in vogue unless dot com.
-eventually will other technology replace credit/debit/smart cards? eg. biometrics. what is ivi position here?

On balance risk/reward looks good to me as a value/turn around situation. come on management,
lets get on the with the show already.
