Just wondering, is it likely that some kind of partnership between ATT and AOL is being worked out, such as ATT selecting AOL as an ISP for their wireless broadband system.

Knowing AOL's ego, such a deal would be more acceptable to them as compare to what Mindspring got from ATT. This way ATT would also get the fear of DOJ off their mind.
