This Pristine E$P deal What is it? The following are the links to two posts with information on Pristine ESP (#reply-11620510 and #reply-11620545). Currently, it is being beta tested internally at Pristine employees and traders in their trading rooms in New York and Seattle. In addition, I have several active daytraders from our thread testing it, including Tastes Like Chicken. I'll let them give you their views of ESP, since mine are definitely biased. <g> However, I do have a few additional pieces of information that might be of interest. ESP requires: 1) A Real Tick III broker. It was designed to run with The Executioner (http://www.executioner.com), which is the preferred firm. 2) 10 MB of available RAM 3) ~30 MB of hard drive space 4) Very little internet bandwidth is required (i.e. anything you've got for RT3 is fine) 5) Very little CPU is required. A few of the current features: 1) Currently offers real time alerts on ~35-40 different trading methodologies with more in progress. These alerts are instantaneous at the point when the required criteria is met and is transmitted over the internet to your computer screen. With a single mouse click, the alert can be linked into any Level II or charting display on your RT3 page. The goal is to provide the trader with instant notification of a current trading setup in any stock, and give him/her a very efficient tie-in to their trading platform with will enable a very quick analysis and decision on the opportunity. 2) There are currently 20+ scans available and more being added. These include premarket up/down gappers, stocks with highest range for the day, most active based on volume or trades in the past 1 min, 3 min or 5 min, point gainers/losers, percent gainers/losers, gainers on increased volume, losers on increased volume, etc. The desired scans are linked directly into a traders RT3 market minder displays and updates continuously throughout the day. 3) The selection of all of alerts, scans as well as the look & feel of the product are customizable by the user. 4) ESP will be limitedly available for the rest of this month and widely available at years end. 5) The cost has not been set, but will likely include several levels beginning with a more limited free version, all of the way up to the full package. 6) There are a variety of systems available for each of the different time frames used by short term traders including daytrading, 'Guerrilla trading' (i.e. 1-2 days) and Swing Trading (2-5 days). 7) We will be creating a German and Spanish version next year to support the growing Pristine Latin America and Pristine Germany divisions. 8) More information will be available later this year on the Pristine web site, at pristine.com Let me know if you have any additional questions. Happy trading, -Eric ericpatterson@home.com
