Senor Slevin, what Princess means is that we would like for as many of our indicators as possible to stay where they are or head back up so that we can keep the pedal to the metal and continue to rake in tons of cash on the long side with out a care in the world. We would prefer the DJBB not give another sell signal as it indicates higher interest rates are on the horizon. She also knows that I am in the unfortunate situation of having the impending "lock in the rate" to deal with from the lovely mortgage mistress at a time when rates are rising.

Piffingly yours,

Lostdood

You know what I mean!

I'll do whatever it tells me. If it doesn't hold I'll be fine 'cause I'll be prepared. I just meant "hope" because then maybe interest rates won't rise anymore.

I'm not trading it.
