Did this thing start out with TYCO just trying to get a clean slate from the SEC so they would then be able to go after Tice and then it all blow up today? Something is really strange here and either TYCO or Tice is going get their clock cleaned.

Iceland John, While I don't have a transcript of Faber's report, my recollection is that his analysis was more thoughtful and balanced than some of the more colorful sound bites that followed during the day. But I agree CNBC is semantically challenged at times and "SEC Investigation" was unnecessarily inflammatory.

Off topic, having lived in Chicago some years ago I've seen a lot of snow myself, but 20 inches, that's a lot of digging out. Good luck to you.

John Douglas.
