Jack, in my summary I combined the brief and the questions as best I could in logical groupings. I didn't hear any questions or responses that I thought were substantially more interesting than any of the others. My opinions are that the briefing was simply to prevent negative spin regarding the reorg and they came up with what they called a tech roadmap - which of course was not actually a roadmap since they didn't want to get into skeds. I found it interesting that Tate still completely dismisses DDR as competition. I also found interesting the latent threat that any tech offering a head on threat to RDRAM would likely run afoul of RMBS IP. My impression of the "new" apps for the chip to chip interface market is that they plan on buying their way in. It also occurred to me that they may be setting up the street for an acquisition announcement - which could cut either way for stock price depending on the acquisition. Overall, having listened to a fair number of cc from a fair number of companies, I found the lack of substance a bit disturbing and I found their presentation stilted and a bit strained. That said, I'm still accumulating and feel fairly comfortable with my position. Rich
