John,

This is my take on the lack of solid (hype!) from PVSW. The management is caught in the headlights like a deer wondering what the effect PR may have on the lawsuit posse. I think the suits are a total waste of time and have no real basis, but I am sure they are having some effect on the company and any "promotion" activities they would like to enact.

I think the plan may be just to let market forces drive the stock with as little PR from the company as possible. If they have a good product and can make the transition they are planning then this one could be worth a lot more someday.

If we get tagged as the Linux play then the resistance we keep slamming into at 14.5-16 may fall. If that happens then we could start a nice move. The amount of volume we have done the last month in the 12-14 range is quite high. Eventually its going to break and I think it will be north. If it keeps on going past the 16 bogey is anyones guess at this point.

Worth the risk to me.

Good Luck

Thurston
